Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 6.5 lbs (2.95 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 1.13 lbs (0.51 kg) Vienna Malt (3.5 °L)
  • 0.125 lbs (0.06 kg) Special B (118 °L)
  • 0.75 lbs (0.34 kg) Munich Malt (10 °L)
  • 0.81 lbs (0.37 kg) Dark Wheat (8.5 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Crystal 120 (120 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Liberty Pellet 3.4% AA (First Wort - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Liberty Pellet 3.4% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Saaz (Czech) Pellet 4% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Liberty Pellet 3.4% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Saaz (Czech) Pellet 4% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Saflager W-34/70 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 154 °F (68 °C) for 60 minutes.

That's all, folks.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 50 °F (10 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 21 days at 50 °F (10 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 7 days at 38 °F (3 °C).
