Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 8 lbs (3.63 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Rye malt (75 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Crystal 90 (90 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Amarillo Pellet 9.5% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Chinook Pellet 14.6% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Yeast
  • American Ale Yeast II (Wyeast 1272) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 154 °F (68 °C) for 60 minutes.

TBD

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 66 °F (19 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 28 days.

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days.
