  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Galaxy Pellet 14.9% AA (Dry Hop)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Galaxy Pellet 14.9% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Galaxy Pellet 14.9% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Galaxy Pellet 14.9% AA (Boil - 20 mins)

Directions

Steep grains as you bring the water up to 170 degrees (making sure that it takes at least 30 minutes). Bring to boil. Turn off heat, add extract, return to boil. Once boiling, add hops per the schedule. Transfer to primary. After fermentation is complete (5-7 days) add the dry hops for 5-7 days.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).
