Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 2.8 kg (6.17 lb) Light Liquid Malt Extract (4 °L)
  • 230 g (8.11 oz) Crystal 120 (120 °L)
  • 190 g (6.7 oz) Aromatic (4 °L)
  • 70 g (2.47 oz) Belgian Biscuit Malt (23.75 °L)
  • Hops
  • 50 g (1.76 oz) East Kent Golding Pellet 5% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 14 g (0.49 oz) East Kent Golding Pellet 5% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 14 g (0.49 oz) East Kent Golding Pellet 5% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) Whirlfloc (Boil - 15 mins)
  • Yeast
  • pale ale yeast (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 65.5 °C (150 °F) for 30 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 8 days at 21 °C (70 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 21 °C (70 °F).
