Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 6 lbs (2.72 kg) 6-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Belgian Biscuit Malt (23.75 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Crystal 40 (40 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Flaked Corn (1.3 °L)
  • After Boil
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Honey (1 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Crystal Pellet 3.6% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Crystal Pellet 3.6% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Maple syrup (Mash)
  • Yeast
  • British Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1098) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 160 °F (71 °C) with 3.5 gal (13.25 L) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 70 °F (21 °C).
