Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Rye malt (4 °L)
  • 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg) White Wheat (2.5 °L)
  • 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg) 2-Row Malt (3 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Huell Melon Pellet 7.4% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Huell Melon Pellet 7.4% AA (Boil - 20 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Huell Melon Pellet 7.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safbrew WB-06 (Dry)

Directions

Mash (Infusion): Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) with 2.5 gal (9.46 L) of water for 120 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 7 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 70 °F (21 °C).
