Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg) Caramel Wheat Malt (46 °L)
  • 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg) Munich 20 (20 °L)
  • Hops
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) Columbus Pellet 14.9% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 2 g (0.07 oz) Sorachi Ace Pellet 10.4% AA (Boil - 20 mins)
  • 1 g (0.04 oz) Sorachi Ace Pellet 10.4% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 24 g (0.85 oz) Sweet Orange Peel (Boil - 0 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Belle Saison (Lallemand) (Dry)

Directions

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 68 °F (20 °C).
