  • 3 lbs (1.36 kg) Honey (1 °L)
  • Yeast
  • Lalvin ICV D-47 (Dry)

Directions

Hold in primary fermentor for 35 days at 65 °F (18 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 65 °F (18 °C).
