Decoction Step: Mash at 78 °C (172 °F) for 10 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 78 °C (172 °F)

Hold in primary fermentor for 21 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 21 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
