  • Boil Size: 25 L (6.6 gallon)
  • Boil Time: 60 mins

Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 8 kg (17.64 lb) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • Hops
  • 200 g (7.05 oz) simcoe Pellet 10% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Belgian Abbey Yeast II (Wyeast 1762) (Dry)

Directions

Decoction Step: Mash at 78 °C (172 °F) for 10 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 78 °C (172 °F)

Hold in primary fermentor for 21 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 21 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
