Classic Irish-Style Dry Stout - All Grain

Ingredients
- Grains/Fermentables
- 2 kg (4.41 lb) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
- 100 g (3.53 oz) CaraMunich III (58 °L)
- 100 g (3.53 oz) Roasted Barley (390 °L)
- 80 g (2.82 oz) Carafa I (337.5 °L)
- Hops
- 20 g (0.71 oz) nuestro Fuggle Pellet 4.9% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
- Yeast
- Safale US-05 (Dry)
Directions
Infusión simple (Infusion): Mash at 65 °C (149 °F) with 3 L (0.79 gallon) of water for 60 minutes.
Recommended Sparge: 76 °C (169 °F)
Hold in primary fermentor for 12 days at 21 °C (70 °F).
Transfer to secondary fermentor for 4 days at 5 °C (41 °F).
Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
