  • 1.6 kg (3.53 lb) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 800 g (28.22 oz) Flaked Wheat (1 °L)
  • 50 g (1.76 oz) Munich 20 (20 °L)
  • 100 g (3.53 oz) Flaked Oats (1 °L)
  • Hops
  • 7 g (0.25 oz) Nuestro Perle Pellet 8.3% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) Sweet Orange Peel (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) Coriander Seed (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 3 g (0.11 oz) Dried Chamomile (Boil - 5 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safbrew WB-06 (Dry)

Directions

Hervor copos de trigo (Decoction): Mash at 100 °C (212 °F) for 30 minutes.

macerado entero (Infusion): Mash at 68 °C (154 °F) with 6 L (1.59 gallon) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 76 °C (169 °F)

Hold in primary fermentor for 12 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
