Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 3.5 kg (7.72 lb) Vienna Malt (4 °L)
  • 0.8 kg (1.76 lb) Rye malt (3.5 °L)
  • 250 g (8.82 oz) Crystal 150 (150 °L)
  • 500 g (17.64 oz) Table Sugar (Sucrose) (1 °L)
  • Hops
  • 7 g (0.25 oz) Nuestro Columbus Pellet 15.7% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) Nuestro Cascade Pellet 7.15% AA (Boil - 45 mins)
  • 20 g (0.71 oz) nuestro CITRA Pellet 13.6% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 4 kg (8.82 lb) Pumpkin Puree (Mash - 60 mins)
  • Yeast
  • T 58 (Dry)

Directions

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 4 days at 5 °C (41 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 15 °C (59 °F).
