  • 5.2 kg (11.46 lb) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 150 g (5.29 oz) CARAMELO 60 MALTEAR (60 °L)
  • Hops
  • 22 g (0.78 oz) Nuestro Columbus Pellet 15.7% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 8 g (0.28 oz) Nuestro EKUANOT Pellet 15.6% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) nuestro Loral Pellet 11% AA (Dry Hop)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) Nuestro EKUANOT Pellet 15.6% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Yeast
  • Safale US-05 (Dry)

Directions

macerado (Infusion): Mash at 67 °F (19 °C) for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 4 days at 5 °C (41 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 15 °C (59 °F).
