Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 2.2 kg (4.85 lb) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 100 g (3.53 oz) Belgian Wheat (2 °L)
  • 100 g (3.53 oz) Munich 20 (20 °L)
  • Hops
  • 6 g (0.21 oz) Nuestro Columbus Pellet 15.7% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) nuestro Fuggle Pellet 4.9% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) nuestro Fuggle Pellet 4.9% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Yeast
  • Safale S-04 (Dry)

Directions

Macerado (Infusion): Mash at 67 °C (153 °F) with 12 L (3.17 gallon) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 76 °C (169 °F)

Hold in primary fermentor for 12 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
