- 2.2 kg (4.85 lb) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
- 200 g (7.05 oz) Belgian Wheat (2 °L)
- 200 g (7.05 oz) Vienna Malt (4 °L)
- 100 g (3.53 oz) CaraMunich III (58 °L)
- Hops
- 6 g (0.21 oz) nuestro nugget Pellet 12.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
- 5 g (0.18 oz) nuestro Loral Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
- 5 g (0.18 oz) nuestro Loral Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
- Miscellaneous
- 7 g (0.25 oz) Sweet Orange Peel (Boil - 5 mins)
- 5 g (0.18 oz) Coriander Seed (Boil - 5 mins)
- 5 g (0.18 oz) Dried Chamomile (Boil)
- Yeast
- Fermentis Safale Be - 134 (Dry)
Directions
Macerado (Infusion): Mash at 63 °C (145 °F) for 45 minutes.
Decoction Step: Mash at 68 °C (154 °F) for 15 minutes.
Recommended Sparge: 76 °C (169 °F)
Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 22 °C (72 °F).
Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
