English Pale Ale

  • Batch Size: 10 L (2.6 gallon)
  • Boil Size: 13 L (3.4 gallon)
  • Boil Time: 60 mins

Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 1.5 kg (3.31 lb) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 200 g (7.05 oz) Caraamber (28 °L)
  • 50 g (1.76 oz) Special W (110 °L)
  • 100 g (3.53 oz) Belgian Wheat (2 °L)
  • Hops
  • 7 g (0.25 oz) nuestro nugget Pellet 12.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) nuestro Fuggle Pellet 4.9% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safale S-04 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 68 °C (154 °F) for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 4 days at 5 °C (41 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 15 °C (59 °F).
