  • Boil Time: 60 mins

Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 7 kg (15.43 lb) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 400 g (14.11 oz) Caramelo 30 MALTEAR (30 °L)
  • Hops
  • 26 g (0.92 oz) Nuestro Columbus Pellet 15.7% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) Nuestro Columbus Pellet 15.7% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 15 g (0.53 oz) Nuestra Cascade Pellet 7.15% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safale US-05 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 68 °C (154 °F) for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 4 days at 5 °C (41 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 15 °C (59 °F).
