  • 2 kg (4.41 lb) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 0.1 kg (0.22 lb) Munich 10 (10 °L)
  • 0.25 kg (0.55 lb) Caramelo 30 MALTEAR (30 °L)
  • 0.02 kg (0.04 lb) CARAMELO 60 MALTEAR (60 °L)
  • 0.15 kg (0.33 lb) Malta Negra MALTEAR (563 °L)
  • Hops
  • 9 g (0.32 oz) nuestro nugget Pellet 12.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) Nuestra Cascade Pellet 7.15% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • 3 g (0.11 oz) NUESTRO Chinook Pellet 10.8% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • 4 g (0.14 oz) nuestro Loral Pellet 11% AA (Dry Hop)
  • 4 g (0.14 oz) nuestro Fuggle Pellet 4.9% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Yeast
  • Safale US-05 (Dry)

Directions

Macerado (Infusion): Mash at 65 °C (149 °F) with 6.5 L (1.72 gallon) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 76 °C (169 °F)

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 15 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
