  • 2.8 kg (6.17 lb) German Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 0.3 kg (0.66 lb) German Munich (9 °L)
  • 0.25 kg (0.55 lb) CaraRed (20 °L)
  • 0.2 kg (0.44 lb) Caramunich II (45 °L)
  • 0.4 kg (0.88 lb) Special W (110 °L)
  • 0.2 kg (0.44 lb) Carafa I (337.5 °L)
  • Hops
  • 12 g (0.42 oz) Chinook Pellet 10.8% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 6 g (0.21 oz) Chinook Pellet 10.8% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) Fuggle Pellet 4.9% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safale S-04 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 68 °C (154 °F) with 10 L (2.64 gallon) of water for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 15 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 2 days at 5 °C (41 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 20 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
