Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 3.5 kg (7.72 lb) German Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 100 g (3.53 oz) Caramelo 30 MALTEAR (30 °L)
  • 250 g (8.82 oz) CARAMELO 60 MALTEAR (60 °L)
  • 250 g (8.82 oz) Malta Chocolate MALTEAR (285 °L)
  • 100 g (3.53 oz) Malta Negra MALTEAR (563 °L)
  • Hops
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) nuestro nugget Pellet 12.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) nuestro Fuggle Pellet 4.9% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safale S-04 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 68 °C (154 °F) with 10 L (2.64 gallon) of water for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 15 days at 20 °C (68 °F).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 2 days at 5 °C (41 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 20 days at 20 °C (68 °F).
