Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 1590 g (56.09 oz) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 290 g (10.23 oz) Belgian Wheat (2 °L)
  • 600 g (21.16 oz) MUNICH MALTEAR (10 °L)
  • 40 g (1.41 oz) CARAMELO 60 MALTEAR (60 °L)
  • 30 g (1.06 oz) Malta Negra MALTEAR (563 °L)
  • Hops
  • 7 g (0.25 oz) nuestro nugget Pellet 12.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 7 g (0.25 oz) Nuestro Perle Pellet 8.3% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Yeast
  • K 97 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 68 °C (154 °F) for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 18 °C (64 °F).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 5 °C (41 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 15 °C (59 °F).
