Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 2000 g (70.55 oz) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 250 g (8.82 oz) CARAMELO 60 MALTEAR (60 °L)
  • 400 g (14.11 oz) Caramelo 30 MALTEAR (30 °L)
  • 100 g (3.53 oz) MUNICH MALTEAR (10 °L)
  • Hops
  • 7 g (0.25 oz) NUESTRO Chinook Pellet 10.3% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 3 g (0.11 oz) NUESTRO Chinook Pellet 10.3% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 3 g (0.11 oz) NUESTRO Chinook Pellet 10.3% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safale US-05 (Dry)

Directions

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 18 °C (64 °F).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 15 °C (59 °F).
