Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 9 lbs (4.08 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Belgian Wheat (2 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Cascade Leaf 7% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 3 Sweet Orange Peel (Boil - 15 mins)
  • Yeast
  • American Ale Yeast Blend (Whitelabs WLP060) (Liquid)

Directions

step (Infusion): Mash at 150 °F (66 °C) with 5 gal (18.93 L) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 7 days at 50 °F (10 °C).
