Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 12 lbs (5.44 kg) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Belgian Wheat (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Munich 10 (10 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Clear Candi Sugar (0.5 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) mosaic Leaf 11% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) mosaic Leaf 11% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Belgian Saison I Yeast (Whitelabs WLP565) (Liquid)

Directions

mash (Infusion): Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) with 4 gal (15.14 L) of water for 90 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 160 °F (71 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 72 °F (22 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 12 days at 40 °F (4 °C).
