  • 16 lbs (7.26 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Crystal 20 (20 °L)
  • Hops
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Centennial Pellet 10.5% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Hallertauer wakatu Pellet 6% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) mosaic Pellet 12% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Hallertauer wakatu Pellet 6% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) mosaic Pellet 12% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Yeast
  • American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 154 °F (68 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 190 °F (88 °C)

dry hop no more than 5 days

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 21 days at 68 °F (20 °C).
