  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Centennial Leaf 9.6% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Centennial Leaf 9.6% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Centennial Leaf 9.6% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Centennial Leaf 9.6% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 1/4 tsp (1.23 mL) Irish Moss (Boil - 10 mins)

Directions

3 gallons water
Crystal 40 in cold water
Heat to 180

Hold in primary fermentor for 21 days at 67 °F (19 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 67 °F (19 °C).
