  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • 3 oz (85.05 g) Black Patent Malt (500 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Light Brown Sugar (8 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Citra Pellet 12.7% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) simcoe Pellet 11.1% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Citra Pellet 12.7% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Cascade Leaf 7.2% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Yeast
  • California Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP001) (Liquid)

Directions

mash (Infusion): Mash at 155 °F (68 °C) with 6 gal (22.71 L) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 165 °F (74 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 71 °F (22 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 40 °F (4 °C).
