  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 12 lbs (5.44 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 3 lbs (1.36 kg) Munich 10 (10 °L)
  • 5 lbs (2.27 kg) German Wheat (2 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Orange Blossom Honey (4 °L)
  • Hops
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) mosaic Pellet 12% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) mouteka Pellet 6% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) mouteka Pellet 6% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Yeast
  • California Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP001) (Liquid)
  • California Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP001) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 154 °F (68 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 190 °F (88 °C)

Add honey @ 10min

Hold in primary fermentor for 10 days at 67 °F (19 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 10 days at 67 °F (19 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 10 days at 58 °F (14 °C).
