  • 4 lbs (1.81 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 1.5 lbs (0.68 kg) Flaked Oats (1 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Munich Malt (9 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • Hops
  • 15 g (0.53 oz) Citra Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) Columbus Pellet 15% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 15 g (0.53 oz) Citra Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • 15 g (0.53 oz) Columbus Pellet 15% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safale S-04 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 155 °F (68 °C) with 3 gal (11.36 L) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 21 days at 67 °F (19 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 67 °F (19 °C).
