Shooting for 7% overall from 7% Lemon Pale Ale + 10% Lavender Vodka + Lemon Soda. 7% of 10 oz = .7 oz + 10% of 1.5 oz = .15 oz + 0 oz in .5 0z soda = .85 oz / 12oz = 7%

7% of 8 oz = .56 oz + 10% of 1.5 oz = .15 oz + 0 oz in 2.5 0z soda = .71 oz / 12oz = 5.9%

2/3 beer + 1/3 soda and lavender = 5 gals soda and vodka. = 1.5/4 37.5% vodka 62.5 % soda = 3 gals soda 2 gals vodka

  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Cascade Leaf 7% AA (Boil - 15 mins)

  • 2 Lemon Peel (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 2 Lemon Peel (Secondary)
  • Yeast
  • California Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP001) (Liquid)

Directions

step (Infusion): Mash at 150 °F (66 °C) with 5 gal (18.93 L) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 160 °F (71 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 71 °F (22 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 7 days at 45 °F (7 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 7 days at 35 °F (2 °C).
