Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 6.6 lbs (2.99 kg) Light Liquid Malt Extract (4 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Crystal 40 (40 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Toasted Malt (5 °L)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Chocolate Malt (350 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Perle Pellet 10.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) German Hallertau Pellet 10.4% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Octoberfest Lager Blend (Wyeast 2633) (Liquid)

Directions

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 53 °F (12 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 25 days at 35 °F (2 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 65 °F (18 °C).
