  • 1.5 lbs (0.68 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg) CaraMunich I (40 °L)
  • 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg) Belgian Biscuit Malt (23.75 °L)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Chocolate Malt (350 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Chinook Pellet 14.6% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Citra Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 20 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Citra Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • Yeast
  • English Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP002) (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 150 °F (66 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 67 °F (19 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 67 °F (19 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 21 days at 67 °F (19 °C).
