  • 10 lbs (4.54 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 5 lbs (2.27 kg) Maris Otter (3 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Munich 10 (10 °L)
  • 6 oz (170.1 g) CaraMunich I (40 °L)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Roasted Barley (300 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Northern Brewer Pellet 16.15% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) East Kent Golding Pellet 5.5% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Fuggle Pellet 4.25% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Irish Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP004) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 150 °F (66 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 67 °F (19 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 49 days at 45 °F (7 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 64 °F (18 °C).
