  • 5.83 lbs (2.64 kg) Maris Otter (3 °L)
  • 1.53 lbs (0.69 kg) Rye malt (3.5 °L)
  • 0.61 lbs (0.28 kg) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • 0.31 lbs (0.14 kg) CaraPils (2 °L)
  • 0.31 lbs (0.14 kg) German Wheat (2 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Liberty Pellet 3% AA (First Wort - 70 mins)
  • 0.3 oz (8.5 g) Columbus Pellet 14.4% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Northern Brewer Plug 7% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Liberty Pellet 3% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Liberty Pellet 3% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Columbus 14.4% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 1 Whirfloc (Boil - 10 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Safale US-05 (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 150 °F (66 °C) for 60 minutes.

Mash 1.25 qts/pound.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 62 °F (17 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 7 days at 40 °F (4 °C).
