Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 4.5 lbs (2.04 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Hallertauer Magnum Pellet 14.5% AA (First Wort - 60 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Belle Saison (Lallemand) (Dry)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 148 °F (64 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 165 °F (74 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 5 days at 72 °F (22 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 21 days at 72 °F (22 °C).
