  • 4 oz (113.4 g) Hallertauer Magnum Pellet 13.5% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 4 oz (113.4 g) Cascade Pellet 7.1% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • 4 oz (113.4 g) simcoe Pellet 12.7% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • 4 oz (113.4 g) Centennial Pellet 9% AA (Boil - 1 mins)

  • Yeast
  • California Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP001) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days.
