  • 20 lbs (9.07 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 1.5 lbs (0.68 kg) Chocolate Malt (350 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Special B (180 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Pumpkin Chunks (5 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) 6-Row Malt (2 °L)
  • 8 oz (226.8 g) Peated Malt (3 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) CaraPils (2 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Fuggle 4.25% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Fuggle 4.25% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Northern Brewer Pellet 16.15% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 3 tsp (14.79 mL) Pumpkin Spice (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.2 oz (5.67 g) Cinnamon Stick (Boil)
  • Yeast
  • London Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1028) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 154 °F (68 °C) for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 66 °F (19 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 66 °F (19 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 66 °F (19 °C).
