Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 6 lbs (2.72 kg) UK Pilsner 2-Row (1 °L)
  • 6 lbs (2.72 kg) German Wheat (2 °L)
  • 0.75 lbs (0.34 kg) Crystal 10 (15 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) simcoe Pellet 13% AA (Boil - 20 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Citra Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Bavarian Weizen Yeast (Whitelabs WLP351) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Bluh

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 62 °F (17 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 40 °F (4 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).
