  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Galena Pellet 12.8% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Belma Pellet 11.6% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Belma Pellet 11.6% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Cascade Leaf 7.7% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Cascade Leaf 7.7% AA (Dry Hop)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Chinook Leaf 14.6% AA (Boil - 60 mins)

Directions

My Mash (Infusion): Mash at 155 °F (68 °C) with 5 gal (18.93 L) of water for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 160 °F (71 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 71 °F (22 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 3 days at 40 °F (4 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 7 days at 40 °F (4 °C).
