- 2 oz (56.7 g) Centennial Pellet 10.5% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
- 2 oz (56.7 g) Cascade Pellet 7% AA (Boil - 20 mins)
- 2 oz (56.7 g) Citra Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 15 mins)

Directions
Infusion Step: Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) for 60 minutes.
Recommended Sparge: 162 °F (72 °C)
Don't fuck up
Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).
Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 44 °F (7 °C).
Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 70 °F (21 °C).
