Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Acid Malt (3 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Bramling Pellet 5.8% AA (First Wort - 5 mins)
  • Yeast
  • American Ale Yeast II (Wyeast 1272) (Liquid)

Directions

Hold in primary fermentor for 5 days at 66 °F (19 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 12 days at 4 °F (-16 °C).
