American-Style Amber Lager - All Grain
- 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Acid Malt (3 °L)
- 1 oz (28.35 g) Bramling Pellet 5.8% AA (First Wort - 5 mins)
- American Ale Yeast II (Wyeast 1272) (Liquid)
Hold in primary fermentor for 5 days at 66 °F (19 °C).
Allow to carbonate and age for 12 days at 4 °F (-16 °C).
