  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) CaraVienna (22 °L)
  • 0.75 lbs (0.34 kg) Dextrine Malt (2 °L)
  • 0.1125 lbs (0.05 kg) Chocolate Malt (350 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Crystal 10 (10 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Special B (180 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Aromatic (4 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Fuggle Pellet 4.25% AA (Boil - 20 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Nugget Pellet 13.35% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Tettnanger Pellet 4.4% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Irish Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP004) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 64 °F (18 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 64 °F (18 °C).
