  • 19 lbs (8.62 kg) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) CaraVienna (22 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Carafa II (430 °L)
  • 3 lbs (1.36 kg) Clear Candi Sugar (0.5 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) CaraPils (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Crystal 10 (10 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Mount Hood 6.5% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Perle Pellet 10.4% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Fuggle Pellet 4.25% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • Yeast
  • California Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP001) (Liquid)

Directions

Temperature Step: Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 160 °F (71 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 69 °F (21 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 7 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).
