  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Crystal 10 (10 °L)
  • 5 lbs (2.27 kg) Clear Candi Sugar (0.5 °L)
  • 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Munich 10 (10 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Perle Pellet 10.4% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Tettnanger Pellet 4.4% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Perle Pellet 10.4% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Mount Hood Pellet 6.5% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Belgian Golden Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP570) (Liquid)
  • Belgian Bastogne Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP510) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 160 °F (71 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 1 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 2 days at 70 °F (21 °C).
