  • 0.225 kg (0.5 lb) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • 1.7 kg (3.75 lb) Light Dry Malt Extract (4 °L)
  • After Boil
  • 1.5 kg (3.31 lb) Light Liquid Malt Extract (4 °L)
  • Hops
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) Northern Brewer Leaf 16.15% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 15 g (0.53 oz) Cascade Leaf 7% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 30 g (1.06 oz) Cascade Leaf 7% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) Cascade Leaf 7% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • Yeast
  • California Ale Yeast (Whitelabs WLP001) (Liquid)

Directions

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 71 °F (22 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 28 days at 71 °F (22 °C).
