  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Crystal 40 (40 °L)
  • After Boil
  • 1.5 lbs (0.68 kg) Tupelo Honey (5 °L)
  • Hops
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Perle Pellet 8% AA (First Wort - 60 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Perle Pellet 8% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Mt. Hood Pellet 6% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Perle Pellet 8% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • 0.25 oz (7.09 g) Mt. Hood Pellet 6% AA (Boil - 1 mins)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 152 °F (67 °C) for 90 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 7 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 21 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 21 days at 68 °F (20 °C).
