  • 11 lbs (4.99 kg) Belgian Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) CaraPils (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Munich 10 (10 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1.75 oz (49.61 g) Fuggle Pellet 4.25% AA (First Wort - 60 mins)
  • 0.75 oz (21.26 g) Willamette Pellet 8.15% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 0.75 oz (21.26 g) Willamette Pellet 8.15% AA (Dry Hop)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 1 Whirfloc (Boil - 15 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Trappist High Gravity (Wyeast 3787) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 150 °F (66 °C) for 60 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

Hold in primary fermentor for 10 days at 72 °F (22 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days at 72 °F (22 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 21 days at 72 °F (22 °C).
