  • 8 oz (226.8 g) Crystal 20 (20 °L)

  • 1 oz (28.35 g) simcoe 13% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) simcoe 13% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) simcoe 13% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) simcoe 13% AA (Boil - 0 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 1 tsp (4.93 mL) Whirfloc (Boil - 15 mins)
  • Yeast
  • American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056) (Culture)

Directions

strike (Infusion): Mash at 153 °F (67 °C) with 4 gal (15.14 L) of water for 60 minutes.

sparge (Infusion): Mash at 170 °F (77 °C) with 5 gal (18.93 L) of water for 5 minutes.

Recommended Sparge: 170 °F (77 °C)

good stuff

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 66 °F (19 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 14 days.

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days.
