  • 8 oz (226.8 g) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • 8 oz (226.8 g) Crystal 80 (80 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Flaked Barley (1.7 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Centennial 10.5% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Centennial 10.5% AA (Boil - 10 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Citra 11% AA (Boil - 5 mins)
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Citra 11% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Cascade 7% AA (Mash - 60 mins)
  • 2 oz (56.7 g) Cascade 7% AA (Mash - 60 mins)
  • Miscellaneous
  • 1 Whirfloc (Boil - 15 mins)
  • Yeast
  • American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 153 °F (67 °C) for 60 minutes.

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 70 °F (21 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days at 65 °F (18 °C).
